I've just come back from my first ever 'boarding holiday (El Tarter, Andorra.. was awesome, thanks for asking) and started the week off with getting to the lifts within 10 minutes of them opening, then not stopping until I felt starved (1pm ish). A spot of food later, and I dragged my brother back up the slopes until the pair of us could barely remain standing on our boards.

Towards the end of the week, we were eating later and not going out afterwards.. mainly because our legs ached too much :p

Once my legs started aching, face planting in the snow quickly followed

This Feb will only be the second time i've been away board so for me i like to spend as much time as possible on the slopes, However i'm a big fan of chilling out with a alcholic beverage or ten Beer but to be fair last year everyone in are group was ready for bed most night by about 10.30 i think are lastest night was midnight (light weights).
Very Happy

When I was in La Plagne last year it seemed to be case of get up and out the apartment for 9 (near enough first lifts) and go charge about. Go back for a quick lunch and change lenses/gloves/underwear after the black runs etc. Go charge around some more. Find a kicker spot, jump off that until it gets dark. Go back for food and a beer. Find somewhere floodlit for a little jibby jibby (set up a picnic bench or a little jump or something). Go have some more beers. Go to sleep.
