if anyone can just clear up a bt of confusion for me please.
What makes a trick a cab? eg cab 540. Why is it not just a b/s 540 (if you can even have one of them)
and what is a 3 or a 7 or even a 9? It got to the stage this year where i stomped a nice spin or got down a kinky rail where i would turn to my mate and say 'so what was that then?'
thanks for your help

| The trick was invented by steve Caberlero. Its a fakie fs 360. A fakie ollie is when you are riding switch and ollie off the nose. Its kinda like the poormans nollie |

| mm, that's why cab doesn't translate properly to snowboarding, fakie frontside is a different rotation to switch frontside (relative to the direction of travel) |

so a cab is just a fakie 360 ollie. i don't recall having seen cab do one frontside, but if you did it frontside it would be a frontside cab.
though they tend to look a bit sh1t so may as well just rock it backside
strangely if you do it off the nose in skateboarding it's called a "heli-pop". maybe helicar was the first to nail it... i dunno |

wtf are you on about??? off the nose is a nollie or a fakie ollie if you're riding fakie... no switch fs is cab, so therefore would not be fs cab. and fs spins look better than bs. |
