Yeah i bought it for Smithies too actually and loved the DVD 'Proper' by Tim Warwood and Adam Gendle two UK riders, i really enjoyed the soundtrack too as it had a late 80's/early 90's vibe throughout with some great tricks and excellent filming. And all FREE!!

i suggest if you enjoyed that try getting hold of POP last years DVD from Absinthe and also their offering for this season of 'Futureproof' as well as 'From ___ With Love' and if you get Whitelines Magazine or can get hold of it grab a copy of '91 Words for Snow' that was given free with December issue i think.

that would only really apply to Futureproof and From __ With Love as POP, Proper and 91 Words for Snow are/were distributed free....but there are plenty of other DVD's out there well worth a look just hit ur local board shop or a site online and see what takes ur fancy.

i only mentioned the select few from my collection as they are particularly inspiring for me as both a snowboarder, photographer and budding film maker.

Whitelines is just under a fiver and well worth the money as is a subscription.

i also tend to buy 'Document Snowboard', 'Method Mag' and 'Onboard' if u feel so inclined have a look at them too they are usually for sale in the larger Whsmiths and do have some interesting features in them.

i just to be an avid reader of Onboard. but it focuses a lot on just the european scene not enough on whats happening here or across the pond in america. SUK and Whitelines seem to have struck a nice balance.
