Ridden them both and had good nights at them though think that was more down to the peeps that were riding there too on the night. Tamworth has the dog leg which is interesting but good. Both were quite icy when I was there but nothing too bad. Only other difference is MK has pomas and Tam has the escalator thingy. Think Tam is a bit cheaper.

Are you wanting to go for freestyle or just a rec ride

Ahhhh! Methinks you could be on for a slight tickin off, Mini, as this was similar to what I first posted, and there are other threads of meaningless debate on the topic. I've only ever gone to Tam, and I love it. But from what I can gather, the slopes longer at MK, but straight and more expensive. Couldn't comment for sure, but with the right crew off here, I would defo check it out. Snowboarding rocks wherever...

How can you class Tam as boring. The park is better than Xscape have put out (unit recently) since I've been. Cas have caught up now but the advantage Tam have with the preform kickers can't be beaten. Don't really like MK myself. Have ridden it twice and hated both times. Just as well the company I was in was good.

well basically...from what i've seen... if you want atmosphere and a descent set-up but slightly more boarding less communication you go to tam... if you like the social side of boarding meeting new people and having a laugh together with less set-up dearer pricing then you go to mk!

Boarding is good anywhere you go as long as you go with people you like or know what kind of boarding your up for..

I disagree. The Vermin crew were very welcoming when we came down last time. A great laugh I had! And hoping to repeat this saturday

On the slopes it was better organised than I've ever seen indoors. People were polite if you cut in accidentally. They seem to accept that due to the corner it happens and don't get too stressed about it.
It was great to hear appreciation when someone pulls something off well too.
so Gina - go to your room - you're grounded young lady!
