Everybody should get an email from Outgoing tonight/tomorrow, which should give your travel and accommodation details.
I thought I'd start a thread up about some of the things we'll be up to during the week. This is the current plan.
Saturday – arrive. Air & Style for those that booked it.
Sunday – Welcome Meal in Hotel Strass at 1800
Monday – free
Tuesday - Pub Quiz in the Sport Bar from 1800
Wednesday – free
Thursday – Jack Beats at The Arena Nightclub
Friday – Bash Dash
Saturday – depart
None of this is mandatory and you can sit in your room every night if you want. Really down to you.
We will have an Outgoing Rep with us called Chris who will be travelling over on the coach. He'll be your main point of contact for travel/accommodation/resort queries. You can come to me with anything else and my mobile was on the email I sent out the other night.
Billabong Air and Style
Only 9 of us going (shame on you)... Go. Watch open mouthed. Return. We should be there for doors open at around 5pm I think.
Welcome Meal
I don't have a time for the Welcome Meal as yet, but basically it's just an early week get together.
Pub Quiz
The evening highlight of the week. Some questions, the dubious music round, some physical challenges and a lot of laughs.
There is a "special final round", the details of which I'll probably announce at the Welcome Meal to give you time to prepare
We have to be finished by 2130 in the Sport Bar as that's when their live music starts, so I'm planning to start at 1800; quite tight for a shower and burger.
Up to you with regards teams, but I'd suggest team sizes of around 8.
Arena Night
Not a clue We'll no doubt find out details in resort. Loud music, expensive beer and dancing assumed.
Bash Dash
This will be down the red from the top of the Ahorn to resort. Whilst not mandatory, it is a highlight of the week, which you can take at your own pace. We'd love everybody to come along.
It's a Le Mans start race from the top. There is a disclaimer to sign, which will do the rounds during the week. There's also an awesome trophy (which I haven't made yet) for first girl and first boy down. There are no prizes for second place.
Other...
As noted in the email, the Backcountry Party didn't have enough people booked, so it's been cancelled. Refunds will come from Outgoing, although I don't know when.
Maverix will be out there for the week. We highly recommend them if you want some freestyle coaching. J (and possibly Siany from SCUK) will hopefully be hanging out with us generally. |

Just found out Jamie Nicholls isn't going to the Air & Style as he's prepping for the WSC with the Nike team instead. Boo JN! Boo!! |

| But I also heard he might be in Mayrhofen instead, so we can beat him up there. Awesome. |

I saw you get the trophy mate and delivered a snowball to your ear as an extra prize |
