I ordered a new snowboard bag from freeride-snowboards website last saturday as it was the only place that was showing it in stock, the website stated delivery in 3-5 days so today I phoned up just out of interest to see when it was going to be delivered. They decided to tell me that they didn't have it in stock and offered me an alternative or refund. I then asked if I hadn't of phoned when were they going to bother letting me know that I wasn't going to get it? He said they would of emailed to let me know. I did ask why was it was showing in stock and if they new it was out of stock and I wasn't going to get it why didn't they let me know Monday? He didn't have an answer. Rant over.
I've now ordered a new one from sail and ski, the lady he phone on the phone was very helpful and I got my scuk discount so more beer tokens for the bash.

Sorry to hear ..... i like you though posted in wrong section ( this needs to be in equipment and media , im sure a nice mod will move it soon )
