I'll be emailing everybody tonight anyway, but booking closes tomorrow and we have to have rooms finalised by Friday. All info for the trip will be sent to you by email on Friday.

The good news is that we're in some big groups (except the 2 people who booked 3*)... but they have changed the accommodation locations with the exception of the Panorama. I've had a Google and they all look excellent. All still close (in most cases closer) to where we thought we were going to be.

We have the following accommodation confirmed:
2* Pension Panorama - Rauchenwaldgasse 667 (7 twins, 2 triples) 18 people
2* Pension Kumbichlihof - Kumbichl 874 (8 twins, 2 triples) 22 people
3* Hotel Kramerwirt - Am Marienbrunnen 346 (1 twin) 2 people
4* Hotel Berghof - Am Marktplatz 202 (3 twins, 1 triple) 9 people

Feel free to comment here and/or respond to the email. I'll do my best with the rooms!

I'll be posting the final room allocations in this thread with your Firstname and initial, plus your SCUK login, e.g. Duncan W (dunx), so at least we'll all have some names to go by when we arrive!

Not long now Smile

Any thoughts on how you're planning to allocate people going on their own? Don't wanna speak for everyone but if some people don't know anyone - might be nice to share with people of similar ages/abilities?

when you say triple... do you mean triple bed? That'd be hilarious. But I'd love to be put in Kumbichlihof, it looks amazing. I am going on my own but I'm sure I'll get toknow everyone on the bus and you can put me with whoever you like, preferably close to my age but hey, not important. Would be fun staying in a triple though, I kinda like the idea! Very HappyVery HappyVery HappyVery HappyVery Happy

Seeing as I don't know anyone I have no preference to whether I'm in a twin or the triple.

New hotel looks pretty good.. bet it's popular with OAPs though!

Hey Dunx,
Andrew S (andrew3950) and I are good to share a twin room as we've booked onto the bash together anyway.

Cheers Smile

Dave and I like the look of the Kumbichlihof. Ride to the door from Ahorn Very Happy , but an uphill walk from the Penkenbahn.

I see the hotel locations have been updated on the map -
http://www.snowboardclub.co.uk/events-wb12.html
though it's not centered Not sure
If you're in the Kumbichlihof you might have you scroll-up to see where it is.
Some are much nearer the Penken lift then they were before (which is nice Smile)

And the Berghof looks lush!

Forgot to ask if Andrew and I can get put into Kumbichlihof too? Looks like a really nice place... Plus I'm lazy and don't want to walk far to the lifts! Very Happy

Yes, I know who booked with who so assuming there's enough triples/doubles whatever, then you'll be in together. I also have people's ages, so will take that in to consideration too.
