Hi All, I want to start going to Cas more regularly but the fuel is a pain in the ass !!

Wondering if there are any riders around the northeast Durham/Newcastle/Sunderland/Darlington that want to share a car, maybe every other Fri/Sat... open to ideas.

Plus i'm going to hit Glencoe as soon as we get a decent dump.

I'd be game to pop down with you every so often, not as often as everywhere week though.
I've told myself no boarding until the WB

Yo!

I'm from South shields, Usually ride at Silksworth but do have a run to cas once a month.

Good way to meet people Join the Silksworth freestyle page on facebook (www.facebook.com/silksworth) and put a shout out if your going down. there is loads of people who head down often.

Yeah Silksworth freestyle got a bit awesome!

We have a quaterpipe! a 3m box, a 2m rail, 2 jumps, a picnic table and table top.

Main event is monday night 7-9pm all the toys out. Friday night is in effect a feature request night. tell them what you want to work on and the'll put it out on the slope for you and the quater will be open (fri 7- 9pm)

and sundays the quater is open 3 -5 and we get a jump or a box out.

Mondays is good but at the moment fridays has an awesome vibe. good mix of people...... and relatively quiet. £9.90 for 2 hours once your a member (£6.50 ish)

thats if you dont mind riding the dry slope. hehe!

You can just join when you get there. if youve never rode dryslopes before, dont get disheartened if you fall more than you normally would. dryslopes is not easy.

its not easy but once you can ride it you will be able to ride anything on the mountain. dryslopes are great for edge awareness too
