4th March, flying out of Gatwick on the morning flight with first choice. Anyone going? me and a mate both staying at de la pistes hotel, both board.
Went to Arinsal last year for my first ever trip, my ability is a bit better now and hope to find some good off piste action. |

| Pas, my spiritual snowboard home. Plenty of good on piste there too as long as you get the weather. Check out the Serrat Pinos piste from Grau Roig to Plas De Les Pedres for a nice wide fairly long run to get you warmed up before you try anything fancy off piste. |

Check out Grandvalira.com, the interactive plan is pretty useful.
I don't think you can go wrong with Pas, it's cheaper than most, great party town though a little man heavy at times, and has a lot of great easy reds and manageble blacks. Location is great as you're never more than a 5 - 10 minute walk from 6 chairs at the start of the day, which keeps the queues down. Snow cannons everywhere so even if snow is lacking you can ride most of the mountain. Was last there in February, 2 experienced and 2 newbies, we all had a blast. When the sun got too much and much of the mountain was geting icy the runs into Pas were still good, spent my last day continually blasting down Directa 1 to an empty lift over and over until we ran out of day. |

6 lads from glasgow flyin out from manchester Sun 26th Feb for 7 days. All boarders hoping to tear it up during the day, and get a good few beers/jaguer bombs down us at night
Staying in the Alaska Apartments, anyone ever stayed here? Checked up on the snow depths for Pas last few seasons, looks like they get a lot of dumps Feb. Hopefully they'll be enough for some good off piste action! |

soldeu seemed slightly more expensive than previous years. ended up going for the olympiades apartments on the slope in Pas. Due to there only being three of us trying to find somewhere cost effective can be quite hard.
i love soldeu and especially Fat alberts |

does anyone know of any cheap supermarkets in Pas, perhaps ones that are a little hidden / only the locals really use.
When i stayed in soldeu the local supermarket was not cheap (obviously got the captive toursit market) |

Went to Pas for a week on the 26th feb. Lads had a great week boarding/nights out (even if it was a sausage fest!)
Conditions on the slopes were great, and there was'nt a cloud in the sky for 5 days. Out of nowhere it snowed like hell on the sat (last day), and we got some off-piste action in!
Video of the nice weather at the top of pas.......
