Right I'm new here to a lot of people but I have been about since the sites first days.... Now my post is to find out how trends have moved on since I started boarding 12 years ago so was wondering what peoples favourite brands where and why they go for them?
I know this sounds all market research esk but I have a plan and I need some other peoples views as mine maybe a little jaded but I don't think I'm that far out of touch Razz

Cheers,

Duncan.

Quick search on Equipment & Media found this:

http://snowboardclub.co.uk/index.php?na ... ite+brands

Hope it helps. Good luck with what is bound to a website giving novices 'help on what to buy'... Wink

Should have guesed that I would have been a little vague but I am looking into basic style progression and what people really buy in all aspects of our sport.
I understand there is probably the threads already running but my simplistic post obviously missed what I wanted to put out there. I've basically been very lucky over the last few years and have a chance to obtain and develop an old brand but I'm unsure if to bother or even if it could ever be current again (its very far from my day job, but hey I love a challenge) hard to give anymore details Thumbs Up
Anway cheers for the link as it kinda helps and I'll take it from there. Sorry I can't say more.
If I get what I'm after I'll let you guys know first....

depends on how cool the old brand was at the time

if it was a w@nk brand back in the day then you may struggle to bring it back.... but if it has some old skool cool and heritage then you never know....

interesting..good luck Smile
