Hey all,
I'm in uni till about 8.30 tomorrow night and was thinking about a quick trip over to Chill for an hour or so on the slope.
Does anyone have any experience of how busy it's gonna be at that time? And what condition is the slope generally in?
Cheers |

There will be some freestyle features out and there will be quite a few people floating about but it wont be packed. If last week's anything to go by the slope will be pretty icy, especially around the middle of the slope and the landing areas of the freestyle features.
Watch out for the long box at the bottom, that's where i smashed my shoulder and wrist to pieces on the ice last week, only 6 more days until they operate and turn me into the six million dollar man
Apart from my obvious upset at CFe at the moment (can't work, can't go snowboarding on holiday in 6 weeks) the conditions later in the day are normally pants there. At least CasVegas groom the snow before the evening session.
But like the Murphy's I'm not bitter |

Cheers for the tips, I may give it a try. I suppose the absence of any freestyle features may help me to not hurt myself.
Gutted for you about your shoulder, I smashed my shoulder in June while mountain biking so I feel your pain. After doing that, I too am part man part machine. Anyway, hope you recover quickly, pieces of metal make us stronger so next time we shouldn't break |
