Arab! if your after spin classes and circuit training head to stirling uni's gym I'm pretty sure non students can use it and if your not a member it's only about a fiver a time I'm in stirling as well so if your off to the coe or nevis range anytime i'm free after the 28th so drop me a pm and I'll split petrol costs

Stirling uni has a great gym. I trained there for years and it's really good value for what you get.

Aside from the good skating/mountainboarding and the fecking great hill at the back of the campus it's one of the reasons I picked it
