nobody spends there day switching between riding in a hat to helmet....

I stand by the simply explanation that people (myself included) do it just to be different

but did you start doing it before or after all the pro's....

ah but then we get into the argument about you wanting to be different.....but end up looking like all the other kids who want to look different....

not really...as we've already discovered most people are still wearing them over the top.

As for the pro's most of them dont wear helmets. Jed anderson still to this day gets slated for wearing one on TWS!

Over for the obvious reasons stated. I normally shave my head before any snowboarding adventure and wear a beanie under my helmet so that negates any need to take off my helmet. No hair to get sweaty and mashed down all uncomfy, goggles and helmet on all day.
