dont mess about with the Camembert ,buy one of the ones with the wooden packet and bung it in the oven on low until its melted all the way though. serve with a nice bread (tiger bread from tesco is a really nice one) and lots of pickles, chutneys and marmalades. bish bash bosh!

Roll out a packet off jus-roll pastry. Cover in a bit of tomato purée, basil, garlic, few slices of motzerella cheese oven for 10 mins. Can add Parma ham or some salamis for meat eaters.

My dad's soup. Take some butternut squash, a lot of corriander, carrots and sweet potato and boil it all in stock then make it mush.

Or make your own paté.

My mum always makes the same sh1t roast vegetable soup though, it sucks.
