Folks

I remember seeing a few threads on here about the best tunes for riding to, but I thought I'd go a step further and try to pull together a collaborative playlist that we can all build and add to.

I've made a start on a playlist and would it would be great if folk who want to contribute can add some tunes to it. You'll need Spotify to do it, so if you've got it get the playlist here http://open.spotify.com/user/bmcharg/pl ... wtC5DI02d8 or spotify:user:bmcharg:playlist:6phoLEPrfO6RwtC5DI02d8

Yeah, we've all got different tastes, but that's part of the beauty of it and I know I'd like to board on my new year trip listening to a playlist contributed to by some of the folks on here (rather than just listening to the same old sh1t that I do year in, year out).

Hopefully this will work and nobody will take the piss by filling it up with crap, but I guess only time will tell Smile

Anyone up for it?

I hate every band thats been mentioned so far apart from the Foos,. The results will be so varied and random that you may as well just google the word music and write any old random band down

What about a bit of The Manhattan Transfer - Chanson d'amour that must appeal to your French Heritage Wink

Don't have spotify so I can't add to it, but I do enjoying listening to the Tron Legacy soundtrack when I'm shredding

cheers for the additions guys, it's taking shape already.

nickmotture, I hear what you're saying, but that's in part the point - when riding I listen to stuff ranging from Daft Punk and Justice to NIN and Velvet Revolver to Willie Nelson and Paul Simon - so a pretty diverse mix is order of the day. Already there's a lot of commonality in the type of bands that have been discussed so far.

Add some tracks on spotify. I never listen to music when boarding though, too busy or with friends.

difficult to match usernames on here to usernames on spotify, but kichang wins the most varied award so far. have to admit, when I saw MC Hammer go in I thought Rick Astley was maybe not far behind Wink
