Nitro T1 is out, looked up and its fairly narrow, this jogged my memory form looking at nitro boards years back and them coming up a little narrow.
Would love a skate banana but they are pricey buggers, so not sure i could justify it to myself.
The reverb rocker might be a little too kicker rather than jib orientated after looking at some reviews, but i like the rome ethos and build quality so there may be another board in their lineup which would suit.
Atm the Forum honeypot is looking like the most likely option, but keep suggestions coming...
have seen some nearly new second hand ones floating around for about £300 plus itll be justified when you ride it! if youre tired of washing out on hardpack thats you! |

imo anyone with size 11 should at least be riding a midwide. I've got F22's in a 10 and still have to be really carefull sometimes on steeps/pipe or slush.
anything bigger and i'd not be able to ride properly. |

I'm 10st dead (fluctuates down to about 9 and a half) and 5ft 8, I don't have the physicality to ride a wide board the way I like to ride (lots of jibbing around, popping ollies and 180s, most afternoons in resort lapping the park).
A wide board is not an option I'm going to consider, having tried one a few years back, i found it like trying to snowboard on a stiff door.
I know it's assumed that those with size 11 feet are going to be bigger, heavier guys, but I don't fit into that category.
And tbh having ridden an artifact, a couple of volkl boards and the www, i've never had a problem with toe drag. |
