If you're planning on doing a lot of offpiste/backcountry stuff, that opens a whole new list opportunity!
That said, i had a backcountry day today with a couple of guides and a group of random people - only cost €40 each and we were given all the kit (transceivers and the like) trained how to use it and given tips on how to ride powder properly.
Safe to say im now totally addicted and plan on buying a powder board and re-booking to cervinia at the next possible opportunity
