Just thought id post to say myself and my gf were out at Stratford tonight to get her set with a new pair of ski boots (I know I am working on convincing her to come over from the dark side) and the staff were absolutely brilliant very very knowledgable about all the kit, took hours to make sure everything was right and did everything to get great fitting boots and to top it off even got through my discount from here even though I'd forgotten my voucher as it was a bit last minute. I even went through tonnes of boards, bindings etc for my next buy got loads of good advice and food for thought. I'm definitely going to pay a visit to their Hemmel store for my new board and some skis for the gf. I know lots of people sing the praises of small retailers and I agree but the knowledge and service in here was way better than lots of independent stores.
Anyway credit where it's due now bring on some snow and booking on the winter bash
