| I've just rejoined by purchasing the Facebook Membership Voucher. Is this a paper voucher that gets snail mailed out or is it an electronic membership that is emailed out that I can activate enabling me to access the discount codes etc? |

| It's a unique code that gets emailed to you, which you enter during your SCUK membership application that gives you a 100% discount. I'm not sure how often they get emailed out though, should be daily. |

All, there is NO automation on processing vouchers purchased through facebook. If I'm in the office and can see an order come through I'll process it asap. If i'm not in for a day then it'll get done on my return. If I'm out of the office for more than a day I'll get someone else to process it..
Basically orders get processed within a 24 hour period (Think I'll add that now to the shop to avoid future confusion)
regards

Sorry this might be the wrong place to put this as I just found the voucher option on the site (not through Facebook).
How do I make payment for a gift voucher? Paypal just comes up a standard pay an email address page, surely you need to know who's paid to tie it to the order on here? Or is that done by the email address that is making the payment? |

When you filled in the form for the gift voucher it sent the contents to our info@snowboardclub.co.uk address.
You now just need to make a payment to info@snowboardclub.co.uk via paypal we'll marry the 2 up easy enough. Any queries and we'd contact the person who filled in the actual gift voucher.
Regards
