Cairngorm are promising 3 mini shred parks dotted about the mountain this season with the main bowl park getting bigger towards the Dawn of the Shred and pushed in a way that it will last as long as possible.

Glencoe have the GPC, huts and the new rope tow for beginners

Glenshee have the new rails from Bawbags and are dedicating a freestyle area. New chair that opens up alot of area for beginners.

I think this is a good way to go,as it doesnt cost the world. Dont forget we have only had 2 good back to back winters and money saved as a buffer for the inevitable bad winters we are due. Cairngorm blowing a wad getting the old chair running for example could back fire. Where mini parks that are well maintained will cheer people up.

Its all subjective though. Mom and Pop will Billy on their 2 planks wont care for parks, or will see it as something to ride over with zero park etiquette. The same as some snowboarders will spend most of their time sliding about on their arses and sitting on run ins and landings.

Tows are tows, its scotland, tough sh1t really. I'd rather them keep the ones they have running than blast money putting in one bound to be busy chair

Hire storm from the X-Men to control the wind. Often the conditions are ace but 90mph winds with gusts over 120 is just not f*cking cricket now is it chaps.
