Hi,
Has anyone recently purchased an SD card from ebay? I need a couple for my DSLR and Gopro. There are plenty of fakes on there without a doubt but I'm wondering if anyone has actually purchased any of the cheaper ones and actually tested them for capacity and speed. I'm guessing that all of the claimed class 10 32gb's at around £20 aren't what they are claiming them to be.
If you have it would be great to know the seller.
Also if you have purchased one and haven't tested it... Here's a great tool to do the job.

Thanking you. |

| Worth checking out 7dayshop.com - the prices compete with a lot of the eBay prices and they are reputable so you know what you are getting. |

| Yep 7dayshop.co.uk .. however I did try their 32Gb Class 10 card (listed above) and it won't work with either of my Gopro's .. I used the 7dayshop 16Gb class6 and all is fine. |

| Also, I don't actually think you could use a 32Gb card before the battery runs out on 720p 60fps. |

Why do things have limitations? I can have up to 32gb in my 60d, but i dont see why it cant have more?
Same with RAM in computers :/ |

| I meant it is good on how it uses storage, the battery would run out before you managed to fill a card. I believe 32gb 4 hours of filming, i'd be amazed if any battery would last 4 hours in the cold. |

Mine does
Also, I use mymemory.co.uk they were quick to order and the SD cards work. I think I got a few of these for my GoPro HD2 and Canon 60d

16GB Class 10 for £18 can't go wrong. |

Really, sweet, I've bought extra batteries as I thought the cold would kill it's ability to work continously on the slope.
I still prefer to use 16Gb though, that way I can hedge my bets and not a lose a whole days worth of footage if a card fails.

£11.99 for 16Gb class 10. |

| I only use 16GB too. As like you I'd be bummed if I lost everything on the one card. |

| If you use that tester it gives a speed, e.g, writes at 9.55 M/Bytes/second. If the card says its a 80x write speed, what's the correlation between the 2? |
