Hey,
Another chap on the forum posted a town map a couple of days ago (sorry, I couldn't find your post again to grab your name!) which I thought was a great idea for people who've never been to Mayrhofen before.
I believe the chappy used google maps, but I found that OpenStreetMap provided a much more detailed map... so I produced another one using their data and added in the venues from the original map (all credit to the other chappy for that - I just pointed the arrows in my map to the same general area as his!).
Another helpful advantage is that my map prints *a lot* better on monochrome printers - the google map was all pastels and other such girly colours... not good for contrast. It's also a handy A4 sized printout.
If anything needs editing/adding/etc please let me know and I'll update (though I don't know the area at all, so you'll have to show me where exactly to point an arrow )
Sample image is attached here, but a full sized version can be downloaded at:

Hope people find it useful - again, credits go to the other guy for locations, I just drew the arrows
Darren. |

I bought one of those piste maps printed on a microfibre cloth for cleaning my goggles. Genius invention.
Also pre-cached 10 mile square area around the Hoff on Google Maps on my phone. |
