I asked 'office' to find out/clarify something more than 3 weeks ago and have never had an answer/acknowlegement. |

Sam, just curious but do you ever say anything positive on here because as far as i can see every single post you ever make is complaining about something, usually SCUK? |

On all the discount pages, we ask that you email info@ for any issues with discounts, so that they can be resolved. Don't post a forum discussion to contact a a particular person and don't use PMs for this either as they may get missed by office.
That said, I'll point Jess at this so we can get it resolved. |

I have contacted Westbeach about the discount code already, I'm still waiting for a reply, I'll let you know when I get one.
Sam, what were you waiting for a reply on? I certainly don't ignore peoples emails, so be good if you could email me and I'll deal with your query.
