Is this a new system for new users or is it for everyone?
I haven't sold anything on ebay for a while because of the issue I had (see above) but if this happens for everyone, whatever they sell, then I won't be using them again at all. |

Nope, they have a list of criteria that applys to almost everyone - 100% positive feedback over 100 transactions is the one that applys to most people.
I think its about time to complain to the financial ombudsmen, or trading standards as i guarantee that they are taking interest on the money whilst they are holding it for truly stupid reasons. |

How did you hear about this?
I've had a Paypal account for years but haven't had any notification of any changes to their usage policy. Fortunately I've got 100% positive feedback on 246 transactions, but still, I'd like to know. |

They sent an email out to all their customers last month - but there are loads of hateful posts about the bastards all over the internet - you might be ok, with a transaction score of that
Thing to remember, as a buying facility, eBay is excellent - but for selling, stick to forums. |

haha, that's really bad! you make a bit of cash on a cash making website and they send the FBi round for money laundering!
careful what you say about cutting peoples head's off or they might have you for that too!
I will take your advice and boycott the system. Sticking to gumtree. |
