| I've been on plenty of similar coaches in other countries, the most notable being china, which was an experience! Not sure why it took so long to get them over here. Considering how small Britain is, it's a great idea. |

yeah its great its finally introduced in the uk, i've been to south east asia and it's a regular thing over there and this is in pretty much 3rd world countries! nonetheless at least megabus are taking a chance.
I was doing some digging and it seems the average price is around £28 return if you book in advance but it does state that tickets sell anywhere between £1 and £40. Also it says the buses leave from london just before midnight and arrive at glasgow at 7.50am , Which is good but the one draw is a 2 hour wait for the bus to fort william/glencoe.
The good news is if your going to glencoe, The bus arrives at 12.10pm meaning there is still time for an afternoon shred if you are feeling upto it, Also don't forget glencoe are now introducing £10 beds on the site or £40 private 4 bed.
I already mentioned the updates for glencoe in another thread and how i was impressed but for ppl down south wanting to get in on the action without driving the distance this is a winner. |
