I know people have raised various queries either on the forum, by email/PM with me/SCUk HQ or direct with Outgoing. If there's anything outstanding then could you please post them here, so we can keep things in one place and solutions made public.
The Winter Bash www.snowboardclub.co.uk/events-wb12.html page has been updated with much of the info people were after, so please check there first.
You can also email Outgoing direct on bookings@outgoing.co.uk |

Hi Dunx, the only one i have, is confirmation from outgoing that the return transfer to Munich airport is leaving earlier than noon as per the advert.
Seems to me, it needs to be nearer 10.30am to make sure nobody is sweating. I think it was midwinter who queried this with them and was told "it will get you there". Would be nice to see it officially change / finalised. |

i have two queries:
a.) i would like to see my BA (0700LHR-0950MUN) flight listed on the transfer from munich to mayrhofen listed (as it's not currently).
b.) i am also concerned about the sharing arrangements, but you've said that scuk will organise that dunx, so i'm fine with that.
thanks guys! |

Transfers: I understand from previous replies in the forum that they've already confirmed that the transfer manager on the ground will organise actual times when he knows who needs to get where when. As always with transfers, you need to know when people are coming in to organise the transfers, but people want to know when the transfers are to know what flights to book. We make recommendations, but then we're flexible.
Sharing:The room allocations are already dealt with on our main page. Please re-read this as it is not a static page.
I will ask them to add the BA flight. |

| The details of the accommodation we know about is on the main event page including links to the relevant websites, which will have as much info as we have access to. |
