just back from Tignes with a group of people and a pocket full of Paul's stickers.
if anyone is out there see if you spot any of them.
One is actually on the roof of a piste basher! |

not the best to be honest.
the mountain has been closed 5 days in the past 10. been some really high winds and no snow. and its forcast to be really warm for the next week or so. the glacier is open but thats about all. the Vanois chair opened on thursday, the double M is closed though (did stop us riding it!)
Tuesday the mountain was closed completely so her hiked up the double M to the bottom of the Vanois chair and dicked about up there for a few hours.
took over 2.5 hrs to hike up. |

There's also on one of the Lanches chair lift stick on the pylon as you pass over the bottom of the vanois chair. nice and visible to anyone on the chair.
Funky Monkey climbed up the pylon ladded in 70mph winds to stick it up there. |

Ah wow, didn't realise conditions were that bad - knew the season was a pretty slow start judging by Snow-Forecast and webcams. Pretty awful for mid November! A far cry from the conditions in November 08
Hopefully things will pick up by the 16th December, need some decent boarding this season! :p |

Ill PM him to get some for Cervinia, this could be fun - like seeing a gnome travel round the world - perhaps we should have an SCUK 'object' (to be discussed) that gets sent to whoever is going away to photograph it, then you send it to the next person.
I think this is a good idea, or that could just be because im extremely tired.... |
