In case anyone is interested, we are holding an Avalanche Awareness presentation in Chamonix every week of the season. And it's free ! So your £7 could actually be invested in liquid assets at the bar.
Every Monday night, 7pm, at La Terrasse bar in Chamonix. The talk lasts about 45 minutes, and focuses on the most important aspects of Avalanche Awareness.
We hope that as many of you as possible attend. As someone said earlier, please remember that talks should not be seen as a substitute for proper avalanche training courses.

Plymouth doesnt have Avalanches!
But we do have datmoor
