Ok so I went and bought a pair of Demon Wrist Guards, got them through the post yesterday. I tried them on and I take it the bar is meant to be on the back of the hand? Razz They arnt exactly comfortable are they. I put my hand down on the ground and the shoulder end of the bar seemed to be digging into my bone midway up my arm, surely thats not right?

Palm and inside of wrist down, thumb through hole assuming they are the same design as most. They're not the sort of thing you forget your wearing!!!

Pretty sure you've got them back to front. Most (but not all) wristguards have bar under palm.
