Only way to choose harness is to go try a load on, go to a shop ask to try them on, they will have a hook for you to hang in it for 5 mins and see if it's comfy. If the shop can't let you do this, go to another shop. There really is no other way.
Personally I'm not a great fan of adjustable legs, I've always found them pointless tbh although the majority of harnesses probably have them, certainly at the beginner - intermediate end and you wouldn't want a more advanced harness, comfort is sacrificed for performance. If your legs are so big you need to make adjustments in the leg loops, take up another sport.
During the summer I climb outdoors most weekends, there's a small group of us from SCUK who climb around The Peak and Yorkshire, indoors during the winter. Sorry, don't know anything about Kent. |

| Sure thing, me and Oliver are pushing out bouldering grade atm. Well he's pushing his and I'm watching him climb overhanging flat walls with no hand-holds. I'm buying him Chinese take-away's to see if I can fatten him up to reduce his advantage. |

good job ice climbing doesn't really use any of those techniques then isn't it... and I recommend lots of mccy D's for fattening up!
I haven't actually done any climbing since Cham the year before last.... bloody babies ruining all my fun and add into that my climbing buddies all moving away and the fact that my pal at the climbing wall has left to go to one in nuneaton I have to pay to climb!!!! it generally sucks... situation that is, not the climbing. |

Sorry, was meant to be a bit tongue in cheek, probably didn't come across that way.
....Power lifting or cycling however might not be fully compatible with climbing |
