Errrm why? Either I've missed something, you've not told us something or you're just panicking. A headgasket failure doesn't demand a new engine 100% of the time. Usually a skim and port (no option there as the Focus runs an Ally head IIRC), headbolts, new gasket set, oil and coolant is all that's needed.
Please just limp the thing down to a local garage and let a professional diagnose everything and give you a realistic price.

LOL, nice sweeping statement. Even at main dealers prices of £70 per hour I highly down it would see £200+ to change a clutch, it's never a two hour job let alone three. |
