Sadly TATA use an outsourcer so everything has to go through the helpdesk. But this concept seems to elude the feckwizzles in the office, who, because I have 'IT' in my job title (I'm actually managing the strategy and budget, plus Data analysis and a whole bunch of other stuff) they all seem to gravitate towards my desk.
I'm seriously considering buying a cattle prod / taser to keep the window lickers at bay.
is that TATA as in them what own landrover?? My brother fecking hates their hekp desk when he's on call

I forgot how much doing IT for a living makes me want to rip out my own eyes and do the riverdance on them.
WHY.
CAN'T.
YOU.
REMEMBER.
YOUR.
FRIGGING.
PASSWORD.
I forgot my password.
Just kidding hehe
I know what you mean, it's amazing how retarded some people can be. It also makes me laugh when I've reset someone's password, but they call back accusing me of not giving them the correct new password, then it turns out that they've just not typed it in correctly. The embarrassment on their faces/ in their voices is awesome

I forgot to put the handbrake on my car when I parked it last night at home. Luckily it only rolled a foot or so overnight.
