Hey guys -dunno if this is in the right forum but Ive got a kinda odd question and was hoping for some wordsa wisdom! Ive had sore knees for past few months and eventually was advised not to snowboard a month ago until my MRI scan next Thursday. Thing is Im heading to Italy on the MOnday after an wont have the results by then so went to a physio today.
He's told me have forefoot valgus which is wen your feet dont lie flat and that's whats causing my knees to be sore. He says I can get a patella support for £20 or insoles for £250 whichll b here by my holiday. My question was really does anyone else have this.....? if so has it hurt your knees...? and if so did insoles work? I know this is a long shot but I need to decide by tmorrow morning!ha. I saw someone another thread here where they took there kit to a sports doctor and had them tweak there stance until everything lined up like it should. This fixed there sore knee issue.
