Hey
How long are the sessions above? And how much?
I'm looking into doing a couple of hours group session focusing on kickers (180s/ 360s) and doing 50/50 and slides on a box. Ideally at Hemel. Do you have anything like this coming up? |

| Yep def summer shred. Ill be signing up for the summer sessions when i get the deposit if people are joining me! I know its early but should be heading out on the 23rd.!! |
