I'm still feeling it. I had to do a load of car mechanic stuff yesterday so had no rest. Skipping the gym tonight to let my legs recover.

Where are you karting?

Despite only doing one session all day I ache, my neck aches (though not as much as it did Saturday), and I could easily fall asleep at my desk (due mainly to getting up at 6am Sunday to go to Brands Hatch for the day). BUT I had an ace day seeing everyone again, so all's good.

God Bless Dunx and all who sail in him; Maverix and Definition for top coaching, The Snow Centre, all the on-slope team (you know who you are), but most of all all the SCUKers who attended and brought back just a little bit of the atmosphere and excitement of the Winter Bash. And anyone else who turned up. The stoke was high. Smile

Roll on the Sept-ummer Bash.

It was good fun, good to see people I hardly ever see as always and nice to meet a few new people Smile I probably won't get around to sorting the photos until later in the week.

still on a high, and luckily no longer hurt like a hurty thing. like others, some might actually be hurting from all the laughing.

it was great to meet new people and catch up with old mates.

thanks to dunx, all the organisers, the coaching teams, the sponsors and the snowcentre for letting us have so much fun.

more soon?

Aches have subsided but the tiredness remains. Not sure I've done so much exercise in such a sort space of time for a long long time.

Thinking of heading back to Hemel this week(end) to practice my new-found skills Very Happy

Didn't get any goodies Sad every time I did a trick it had already been done by a grom who would get multiple items. I only learnt that day so never ended up with anything free. Still happy that I took away new skills and can finally head to the park knowing I can atleast do something!

We now have our pictures from the SCUK spring bash up on our facebook page. Paul took as many pictures as possible from our coaching sessions.
