i got knocked off the piste right at end of the bash dash in front of a large crowd at finishing line, all loaded with cameras and vids, does that count ? haha  |

| My bro Alex hurt his wrist catching an edge on the Saturday about lunchtime. It hurt but he could still make a fist and move his fingers. Went to A+E on Monday and they said it was broke and put it in a cast. |

| Aye, movements still not fully back, it gets really tight. Not really gutted about the arm, more that it was my 4th run, 1st day back of the season, and thats a whole season out. Thats whats more gutting. All i can say is my £12 national insurance that month got well and truly used. |
