From Elderon...

Originally we proposed to bring everyone up on scheduled coaches on arrival day, however, all the participants are arriving throughout the day and so I think it would be better to schedule in smaller buses to catch as many arrivals as possible, as quickly as possible. This will allow us to keep people's waiting time at the airport to an absolute minimum. I will not be able to provide the final schedule for these until I have all the flight details in from everyone. Could you ask anyone that hasn’t already sent their flight details to send them – please ask people not to send them again if they already have. I’ll contact anyone personally that I don’t have details for.

I spoke to Elderon earlier today when paying for my transfer.

He said like Dunx above, theres gonna be lots of minibuses doing more runs than just a few big coaches takin everyone at the same time as was previously an option.

He said there just waitin for all the flight an booking info's to be confirmed before they put out anythin specific so dont shoot me if this changes.

He also said the boarders stayin at the chalet now had an epic day yesterday an all the pistes are sweet just the off piste needs a dump.

I spoke to Elderon tonight. He's still waiting on a few flight details, but will put the transfers together tomorrow regardless and those he doesn't know about will have to fit in.

But, it will be better than originally planned as more smaller transfers, rather than a few big ones. Avoriaz isn't far from Geneva anyway - it's not like we have 6 hour transfers to worry about.

I am right in saying it's only like an hour bus ride?

Elderon does not have flight details for the following people:

Duane S
Oliver G
Vicky A (but I know what they are, so have passed them on)
Dale A
Kate B (who I don't think is coming any more)
Rob P
Simon Hardy
Marc S

He has emailed all these people. If these people or anybody else who knows their flight details, can pass them on asap to info@starskichalets.com, he can finalise Transfer details with everybody.

Thanks people. Elderon has had quite a hard time with all of us, so I appreciate your patience in all this! He's used to having full chalets, but it's normally lots of groups, rather than lots of individuals.

He sounded very tired when i spoke to him this morning (apparently he was up most of the night sorting out the transfers, despite that he's been very accomidating with my last minute booking.

I sent them on Rob (but can't reply to Facebook from here), so should be fine.

He says they're all sorted with most people arriving before midday Sunday, so there should be enough of you to spot each other!
