| I can't touch my toes standing up - I think I should be able to. Anyone else flexibility challenged? |

Stick to the implied rules! Legs together. Knees straight. |

Yeah I can quite easily, but then I've been seeing a personal trainer for the past couple of months to make sure my legs and core are in good shape for boarding this winter.
When I started I couldn't do much, it's helped a great deal Just do some regular leg excercises like squats and stuff to strengthen etc. |

Of course I can But then I do do karate and all and we've got to keep ourselves as flexible as possible
The next question should be, can you do the splits!?
- my answer, unfortunately not completely. If I just do it the regular way ( body facing forward and open legs) then I'm about 30cm out, But if you turn the body to face my left leg then I'm probably only 15cm from the floor |

| For reasons I've not been able to understand I can still touch my toes and do the splits, despite becoming allergic to exercise around the same time as I discovered alcohol, parties and boys about 12 years ago. |

I can if I warm up, but it takes a few minutes.
Mind you, I've barely done any exercise in four months - the mountains may prove quite a shock next month. |
