Just to give you all a heads up, if you are planning on renewing or joining we have a very limited amount of SHL left so you'd better get your skates on! Pass this message on to anyone you know who is thinking about joining too.
Cheers and MERRY CHRISTMAS! |

Has anyone used these and have any feedback?
I suffer with foot ache, always on the first run. After taking off my boot and walking and then going again I'm fine, but always the first run. Hoping this might help? |

I don't think so, they're quite hard to lace up tight to be honest, but maybe the insoles are too tight. Might try wearing them looser if that helps. |

I've not tried the SHL's, but made something similar from some self adhesive foam (the stuff they use for adjusting motorbike seats I think). Worked very well - let me ride with a looser boot (more comfort) without any heel lift.
Obviously all depends on how your boots fit currently.
I'll be buying a pair of SHL's for my new boots as they are cheap enough not to bother making your own. |
