Any of you nottingham guys been in the one in the Broadmarsh center and seen anything worth braving the shocking amount of chavery in and around that area to check out ?

Carlton aint so ghetto - i lived in Lenton for 5 years - thats a classy place !

Mate you'll have a job, Broadmarsh one shut down months back. It was only there at the same time as the Viccy Centre one as Westfield are a bunch of lying cockbags and offered them dirt cheap rent to keep that branch open. Half of Broadmarsh is now plaster boarded up...now they just need to demolish the place and build something decent there.

BTW anywhere with a single figure at the start of the postcode in Notts is hood Wink. It's all about the double figures lol.

i lived in Carlton for many years, then moved to Arnold for a few years, then ended up in Gedling for a short while. I live up in Fort William now but still go back down to notts about once every 6 weeks or so

Nothing wrong with a few bits from TK Maxx

If it gets you on the hill and enjoying a days boarding it's all good (:

I went in the Hammersmith branch at the weekend as i was walking past and the Westbeach jackets were £79.99, more than they have been in the Westbeach shop for months now.

TK maxx is great if your a beginner-intermediate and dont want to spend a fortune (i.e. me!).

I got some Trespass Railin waterproof snowboard pants for £20, assumed they were cheapo ones but found them to be top notch actually. were originally £65 on the trespass website (http://www.trespass.co.uk/product/mens-clothing-1/mens-outerwear-1/snowsports-pants-2/railin-MABTSKC20005)

also got a mega bargain on a jacket. Got a Nike ACG Stormfit snowboard jacket, one of the super warm goose down ones with snow belt and mp3 pocket, ski pass pocket etc , for £70 down from £250!

It's an awesome jacket and even a few friends i went away with who have been boarding for years couldnt believe i'd got it in a tk maxx.

it's worth a dig in the maxx!
