So an overall recommendation for freestyle nights then?
Been riding for a few years now, but never had the bottle to go along to one of the SnoZone nights - mainly down to thinking I'm too old, not good enough, and that so many people will laugh themselves to death at my efforts
Mate I'm 34 (though, ahem, look much younger... ) and there were several people that appeared to be around my age, I didn't feel too old at all (though maybe some of the younger riders would disagree!). I was definitely amongst the worst there but certainly the vibe I got was people were just out to have a laugh and do their own thing, nobody was interested in how bad I was. And a lot of the more experienced guys were trying more experienced tricks and therefore falling a fair amount too. As long as you're safe enough and wait your turn if others are lining up to try something, then I'm sure you'll be fine.

dude you gota learn switch man just to nail certain moves, If you stook to your regular stance you would always try n get back into full rotation which could lead to pain if you time it wrong, I gota admit though i was at the kickers on weds and i could only just air the mid kicker the run up was sketchy i lost balance on the line down to it one time and had to bail out completely slow down and hop my way around it lol, Its all a confidence thing thou, Seriously my advice is down a energy drink monster or rockstar or woteva, psych yourself up clear your mind of any scenarios apart from the move you wana land the better you feel about it the more you can shake off a fall and go at it until you got it no fearr man.
Some of the peeps regularly shred the parks week in week out they been at it for ages, I rarely see a person on there own tearin it up like some dark rider or somethin, There usually with groups of peeps like there own boardin teams or just regulars who have got together because they go all the time, Don't worry about falling, Don't worry about doin sumin embarrasin, Take it easy go at your own pace them dudes may seem years ahead but its just fitting in the pieces, once you got it you can push it as hard as you like its jst a matter of time.
