Have to travel from Zurich to Zermatt
Zermatt - Saas Fee
Saas Fee to Zurich

Just wondered, with most of the trips being like 4 hours, is it worth paying the extra for first class or not? Think its about an extra £30-40 or something to cover the first class tickets!

Any advice appreciated Smile

I'd say so yes. You get extra room (for you and your stuff) and it's a bit quieter. Nicer than 1st class in the UK but can't remember if you got free food or not!
We did Zurich - Davos with a few connections. The swiss trains are always on time and had no problems with our connections.
