hiya,
just wondering if anyone has had any experience with lamar boards?
im looking for a cheap 1st board to learn on mostly at dry slope and a mate said these and Heli(i think) are usually available really cheap and would prob work out cheaper than paying the rental rates at the slope.
any thoughts/advice would be appreciated |

| The Heli boards are meant to be pretty bad. Bassicly everyones going to say avoid them theres been a few people ask about heli on here not heard much tbh. you can probably pick up a decent board for under 200 in the sales. |

cheers for the reply.
the board i have seen is 2nd hand and only 40quid with bindings!
obviously i know you probably get what u pay for but thought it could maybe do as a first board?
i pay 3 quid a time to rent board at dry slope and been going twice a week. so thought it might be worth a punt?
altohugh saying that there are a couple of 2nd hand boards on here i fancy 2.
just reluctant to jump in and spend a couple of hundred quid when im just starting.not sure what to do |

| lamar used to be pretty huge and made some really nice boards, mike ranquet , kevin jonesetc used to have pro models with lamar, their website says theyre still doing the same thing theyve always done, theyre probably pretty nice boards and always seem to be a bargain. |
