Hi All
Made an order for about £400 from attla on Friday at about 9am. I expected to receive it yesterday, presuming they'd get it out the same day with a courier, but it didn't turn up. I emailed yesterday morning asking if it had been sent out yet and if they had a tracking number, butI haven't had a response. I also tried calling the shop yesterday and it just rung out then went onto 1571.
Is this normal? I thought Attla were meant to be really good, this is my first purchase from them and I am less than impressed with the service. I thought independent shops were meant to provide a better service than chain stores?!! ARRGGHHHHH!!! |

You know what happens when you presume... You make a pres out of you and... umm... OK... that one doesn't quite work...
When did they actually say it would actually be delivered? |

Attla are one of the best stores around and Danny is one of the nicest guys.
ping 'em an email and be patient, it's probably the courier rather than Attla |
