Hi all,
finally today I tried F22, F20 and Northwave decade.
The F22 were fine as I said in the other thread but I felt a bit of pressure behind the calf this time, I dont think it's lacing too tight, just my foot.
The F20 is equally comfortable, more flexible, and I didnt feel any pressure point. It is very compact, it was very snug.
The northwave decade sl is comparable for weight, very well built, a bit bulkier but not too much, and way better for lacing system, as it is easier to both close and open. I would say the flex is comparable to F20.
While with the Salomon it's like you insert your foot in the boot, whit the northwave I had a different feeling, it was like if the boot would wrap around my feet, it was a nice feeling.
So at the end tomorrow i'd like to buy either of them: any idea? how do they compare? I like the Salomon for the look (white, very cool), because it is compact and light, but I dont like the lacing that much and the fact you cant remove the liner. The northwave seems to have great reviews all over, and to be quite reliable, and I liked as well the way it was when I had it on.
I might still give it a try to the F22 though...

If there's nothing in it, Salomon have the best customer care in the industry.
I really like the Salomon lacing system. The separate tension areas work well.
