| I purchased the full set of addictions tuition vids a while back now and can say they have helped me no end Nev lapwood does a great job of breaking down the essentials to help you visualize the tricks spot on! also if you go to the addiction website and sign up to download the 2 free vids then leave it a week or so i got an email offer to download them half price think they were $19.99 the files are in mp4 for ipod etc and for reg and goofy riders defo worth a look! |

Just wanted to say: I bought the package from Snowboard Addiction which had videos for jibbing and jumping, ipod stuff and lots of useful information. I've also received free updates and bonus materials. It's been really good and helped me a lot. I'm in Japan and freestyle lessons are expensive and its often difficult for me to follow explanations in Japanese. Friends can help, but often they don't know how to break down a move so that you can understand how to do it. I found the videos especially useful cos I can watch them over and again and pick up details that I might miss or forget after a lesson. I know that you guys can get a lot of good support at the snowdomes for learning tricks, but I think for people who can't get access to that its good to have some exercises to work on at home, or on a trampoline.
....that's when I'm not hiking out to hit the powder, of course.  |

| Nev Lapwood is awesome. He was my coach at camp of champions. He is a really patient dude! I got a full set of the videos from him. |
