Hey all - just been on the TTR website to check the standings and was shocked to see our boy Nicholls ranked 31st in the world.
I think it is just amazing that a 16 year old, hailing from bradford is up there with the best!!!!
I know that the season is not yet over, and many of the big guns that are currently out of the top 30 are waiting for the 6 and 5 star events, but this is still an amazing achievement.
He is currently one above Chas Guildemond which is fantastic
check this for yourselves -- http://www.ttrworldtour.com/ranking/rid ... jamie.html |

he is incredible.
yeah but there are some big comps coming up. Arctic challenge, US open, air and style moscow...
plus the olympics has reduced the numbers competing particularly in slopestyle comps.
And the Dew Tour cocks up everything because all the stops get crammed together before olympics, then they clash with other big ttr comps...
Regardless it is an awesome achievement. |

Because he and other Brits were 4th due to the early Brit Snow Tour dryslope/indoor dates, TTR changed the rules so people carry over some results from the previous years. Shame on them.
Insane corkness!
The UK and International rankings are on every TTR news item we post, so shows how often some people view those. The feed they use is terribly slow though.

| I don't think it's been around for more than a year or two and distinctly remember the press release about it, so it couldn't have been that long ago. I have been wrong before... |
