I know this has probably been said many times before but here goes anyway.....
Went to MK on friday not knowing what to expect but the course was amazing.I havent done any freestyle what so ever but by the end of the day i was comfortable hitting the small kicker at speed and i was riding the rainbow rail and flat down rail with confidence.I know its not much but its a start and has given me more goals to aim for this year.Any one thinking of going on one of these courses i would highly recommend it,i know when i can afford it again i will be going back. |

Maverix courses are awesome, well organised and well coached.
Also keep your eyes out for the Maverix 'Groms' team killing it on the slopes.
Jake Binnee (9)
Josh Ort (13)
Calum Paton (not sure)
Becky Menday (11)
Good work J - keep it up |

Absolutely! On top of the coaching its a great day, fun, humour and some good old fashion sweat and (occassional) tears.....highly recommended
The Groms were with us @ Cas Vegas on Sat...they were indeed killing it. Back 3's (almost), front boards on the down rails @ 9 yrs old! The Maverix mini's are gonna be on fire
The learning curve is a little slower with an ageing shredder such as myself but lookin forward to the next one,

Thanks for the positive feedback. It's great to know the hard work from the team is paying off, in you guys having a wicked time and learning loads. I'm stoked on how good you guys get in such a short space of time.
We have some great plans for the summer and next winter as we look to improve on these courses and expand the programme beyond the UK. One thing to note is the Maverix jam session at MK on the 15th May (eve). It will be a big thanks to all you guys for supporting our efforts. We'll be building a great park with some added features, not seen before in the UK.

| Talking of the Maverix freestyle course days. I was looking last week at the one at breahead. Im not sure if its just my browser not loading the page. It said there was a course at breahead in march with 15 places. Can anyone tell me if this has now sold out, or is my browser playing up? Thanks. |

| Can't see anything about Breahead on there and never seen anything there that they;ve done. they have a facebook page 'maverix snow' or an e-mail address that is above, probably best mailing that. If their courses sell out they stay on there but with sold out written. |

I have just spoke to J they are still on. The Mavs web site is updating it self.
Just a reminder for those wishing to go on the Maverix courses in Breahead we need at least 9 people or more for the course to go ahead so get as many of your mates to come as well. |

I may consider the girls week if I am going alone
Although the people that are interedted in accompanying me are men so I may have to do a mixed week. |
