I have just got my board back from these guys

re-wax and edge tuning. They have done a bloody great job! for £15 you cant argue, I took my board last season to snow & cock! they charged me something similar to £40 which wasnt as good as these guys.
Theyre super friendly over there, run by a couple of guys & gals. I think it would be worth checking out if you live around that area. |

| Thanks for the tip! I should be moving to Guildford soon so this will be where I get my board done I reckon. They're obviously part of the four27 shop which has just taken over from the extreme shop in town. Not been in there yet but hopefully it's as good as the workshop! I wasn't sure about taking my board into the extreme shop as I expected a similar kind of impersonal service as snow and rock. |

i didnt know that extreme shop was four27 till i went to the urban snow. The shop though is pretty awesome, some really nice stuff in there. Most of it is street wear and few bmx bits n bobs and few boards etc.
But urban snow, is a tiny office / building (doesnt look much) but great service and the turn around was super quick. was a day. Where as snow & cock was 3 weeks last year.
win win! for Urban Snow

Why not just learn to do the tune and wax yourself ?
Its real easy , cheap tools, and I find it oddly theraputic and builds anticipation of a nice shred to come  |
