Conditions are great although the avi risk is still reflecting an unstable snow base. Riders everywhere, of all abilities. Great atmosphere everywhere and we are heading over to Loop for a 5 dj megathon tonight as conditions don't look so good for tomorrow. Late night and a late start tomorrow.

Only stayed in Loop until midnight as I lost a tooth filling and couldn't drink cold beer. Off to the dentist at 11... looking forward to that!
Someone was killed in an avi yesterday. Take it easy out there guys. |

Can i be the first (through gritted teeth) to congratulate Pocket on his victory in yesterdays Bash Dash. I came in second about ten metres behind, its amazing how fast someone who weighs about 2 stone can go...although obviously the contrabands with only one strap to do up helped at the start haha Was well funny about 50 people took part, mayhem at the start. |

Schoph just informed me that some random Russian guy bought us a litre bottle of vodka in The Melting Pot and we necked it strait from the bottle...then i danced to euro house with Kieren and his Navy boys then fell asleep on a stool. Funny how your mind blanks these things out......
haha, yeah apparently we had a dance off with all the chicks from Le Coffee and ETC... I would like to claim victory but I remember nothing... however I did make it to the Loop the next night for Urban Knights... who went off |

Was quality. Was about the quickest I've ever ridden down that hill. Amazing what you can do when there's a bit of compitition. Thought I'd finished 2nd, only to see the lad Pocket sat on his arse removing his bindings as I rolled in! |

I'm pretty sure that after he passed me, he took a bit of an early tumble just before the big sweeping left glide. He bounced straight back up but must have lost some pace. So cant think how much he would have won by, had he had a clean run!
Good fun though, hopefully there might be a finishing line video. It would be interesting to see how many seconds / minutes I was behind. |

Thanks Nick, though i may have had contrabands, i did have to get through the whole pack too
Mike, you are right... I hit a lump of snow on the first big down, and pulled a massive toe edge slash to stop me falling badly and being run over |
